Faced with a common problem among successful practices, Women’s Clinic had relied primarily on traditional media to advertise locally and attract patients from the immediate area. But the quality and success of the practice and its treatments has attracted the attention of a broader audience, and the once-local facility now competes on a regional – and even national – basis. Understanding that this evolution necessitates a change in their marketing strategy, Women’s Clinic became a client of Paradigm2. Currently, several research efforts are underway to provide a clear view of how women make choices about health care providers, and the effectiveness of various media and advertising types in this domain.
